Maintaining and rehabilitating K-19 water well west of Al-Qarara in Khan Younis by replacing worn-out parts, to serve about 5,000 people.

CMWU, in cooperation with Al-Qarara Municipality and as part of the wells maintenance project funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, carried out maintenance and rehabilitation on water well (K-19) west of Al-Qarara, Khan Younis governorate, south of the Gaza Strip.

The works include replacing all worn-out parts and pipes at the well with new ones, aiming to raise the well's efficiency and improve the water service for residents in the areas benefiting from the well, and this well serves about 5,000 people.
