• Enhancing Water Security and Resource Sustainability
  Diversifying and developing water sources, improving the efficiency of available resource utilization, and reducing dependence on groundwater to ensure sustainable water supplies.
• Developing Infrastructure and Improving Service Efficiency
  Rehabilitating and upgrading water and wastewater networks, reducing water losses, improving operational and maintenance efficiency, and strengthening service continuity.
• Developing Wastewater Systems and Protecting the Environment
  Enhancing wastewater collection and treatment capacities, developing wastewater facilities, expanding the reuse of treated wastewater, and mitigating environmental and public health risks.
• Improving Service Quality and Enhancing Citizen Satisfaction
  Improving the quality of services provided, developing communication channels and digital services, and enhancing mechanisms for responding to citizens’ complaints and needs.
• Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Human Resource Development
  Developing the technical and administrative capacities of staff, improving work systems, planning, and monitoring, reinforcing governance, transparency, and accountability, and enhancing institutional performance.

  Strengthening cooperation with municipalities, national and international institutions, and partners; mobilizing the resources and funding required to develop the water and wastewater sector; and improving financial resource management.

  Applying modern technologies and innovative solutions to the management and operation of water and wastewater facilities, and developing information and data systems to support planning, decision-making, and improved service efficiency.

How these goals are measured

Goals are tracked through periodic operational indicators covering production volumes, network loss rates, water quality test results, response times to subscriber reports, and completion rates for ongoing projects. Project updates are published as they occur in the Projects section and the Media centre.
