CMWU, funded by the Red Cross, maintained the sewage treatment plant in Rafah by installing measuring and protection devices.
Funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, CMWU carried out maintenance on the sewage treatment plant in Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip, with the works including supplying and installing a sewage level measuring device to operate the pumps automatically, in addition to a dedicated electrical breaker for the plant's power generator, and installing and supplying protection breakers for the plant's pumps and installing night lighting units for the plant.
