The Chairman of the Water Authority inspects CMWU's facilities damaged by the Israeli aggression at the treatment and desalination plants in Al-Bureij, the Central Governorate, and south of Gaza.
CMWU received His Excellency the Chairman of the Water Authority Eng. Mazen Ghunaim during his visit to the Central Treatment Plant east of Al-Bureij, the seawater desalination plant in the Central Governorate, the seawater desalination plant south of the Gaza Strip, and Al-Suwaidiya village in Rafah, with this coming as part of the inspection tours conducted by Minister Ghunaim, aiming to review the damage sustained by some water and sanitation facilities and networks as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The Chairman of the Water Authority was received by CMWU's Director-General Eng. Monther Shoblaq, Eng. Omar Shatat, Deputy Director-General for Technical Affairs, Eng. Fareed Ashour, Director of the Central Gaza Sanitation Project Management Unit, Eng. Yahya Abu Obeid, Director of the Khan Younis Treatment Plant, the Director of CMWU's Rafah headquarters Eng. Mohammed Al-Abweini, and a number of department directors at CMWU's Rafah headquarters.
