An Engineering Delegation from CMWU and Oxfam Visits Water Wells in Beit Lahia
An engineering delegation from CMWU and Oxfam visited Beit Lahia city, to review a number of water wells ahead of carrying out maintenance and rehabilitation works on them, particularly after the significant damage sustained by water and sanitation facilities during the recent war.
The visit included the Al-Omani water well and the Al-Taqwa well in the Al-Mashroa area, in addition to the Al-Khansa well and the Marib water well west of the city.
This visit is part of joint efforts between CMWU and Oxfam to improve the state of water services and strengthen their sustainability in the affected areas.
