CMWU Launches a Field Research Project to Evaluate Its Services in the Gaza Strip
CMWU has launched a field research project in all areas of the Gaza Strip, in cooperation with the Strip's municipalities and funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, in order to evaluate the water and sanitation services provided to residents in the Gaza Strip and measure the level of satisfaction with these services, in cooperation with the Strip's municipalities.
Eng. Zaidan Dahman, Director of Subscriber Services at CMWU, affirmed that this project comes from the Utility's keenness to evaluate its performance and expresses the extent of its interest in residents' opinions on the services it provides in the fields of water and sanitation, noting that the project will continue for about two months and will cover all areas of the Strip, with the project including field visits to residents' homes and surveying their opinions on the matter through a research questionnaire prepared in advance.
Dahman explained that the project, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, aims to identify the problems and obstacles facing CMWU and the municipalities from residents' point of view, as a fundamental step on the path to properly preparing future strategic plans aimed at improving and developing the services provided according to available capabilities.
