CMWU Receives a High-Level Delegation from the French Development Agency AFD

CMWU received a high-level delegation from the French Development Agency AFD, at its main headquarters in Al-Zahra city, central Gaza Strip, with the delegation including Mr. Martin Barnett, AFD's Regional Director, Ms. Fanny Debily, Deputy Regional Director, Eng. Hani Balata, Water and Sanitation Program Coordinator, and Eng. Rabhi Al-Sheikh, "Consultant at AFD".
The delegation was received by CMWU's Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Majed Awni Abu Ramadan, CMWU's Director-General Eng. Monther Shoblaq, and his Deputy for Planning and Projects Affairs Eng. Maher Al-Najjar.
The two sides discussed the activities and outputs of the consulting services project for developing the roadmap to transform CMWU into a regional water utility, by continuing to transfer the water and sanitation administrations affiliated with the Strip's municipalities to CMWU, in addition to the institutional and financial development of CMWU.
