Continuing to drill Al-Rahma water well west of Khan Younis and beginning trial pumping, funded by OCHA through Ma'an.
CMWU, in cooperation with Khan Younis Municipality, continues work on the project to drill "Al-Rahma" water well west of Khan Younis city, south of the Gaza Strip, funded by the Office of the UN Special Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) through Ma'an Center, with the trial pumping process for the well having begun in preparation for completing the remaining works needed to connect the well to the water network feeding residents' homes, which contributes to improving the water services provided to residents of Khan Younis city amid the current conditions, as this well is expected to pump about 80 m3 per hour.
