Maintenance Works Begin on Sanitation Lines in the Old Courthouse Area of Nuseirat
CMWU, in cooperation with Nuseirat Municipality and funded by UNICEF, began maintenance and repair works on sanitation lines in the Old Courthouse area on Street 18 in Nuseirat camp, central Gaza Strip.
These efforts are part of intensive endeavors to rehabilitate damaged infrastructure, as the sanitation network in the area sustained severe damage as a result of recent Israeli bombardment, causing environmental and health problems that affected residents.
CMWU affirmed that the maintenance works include repairing and replacing damaged pipes, and strengthening the network's capacity to accommodate the sewage coming from the neighborhoods served by the sanitation network, ensuring improved sanitation services for affected residents.
