CMWU, with support from the International Committee of the Red Cross, repaired a water well in Al-Sumoud camp in the Rafah regional area, southern Gaza Strip, where the works included repairing the submersible pump with a capacity of 20hp. This well serves about 10,000 residents and displaced persons in the area.
This intervention is part of ongoing efforts to ensure the continuity of water supply and ease citizens' suffering amid difficult conditions.
