Completion of the Damage Repair Project for Water and Sanitation Networks in Beit Hanoun City

CMWU, in cooperation with Beit Hanoun Municipality, completed implementing the project to repair the damage sustained by water and sanitation networks in Beit Hanoun city during the recent Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, funded by UNICEF, as the water and sanitation network in Beit Hanoun city sustained severe damage during the recent war on the Gaza Strip.
This project's works included replacing the water network in the Industrial Area, 4,000 meters long and of various diameters, in addition to replacing and maintaining the main sanitation transmission line on Al-Sikka Street, 550 meters long, which pumps sewage water coming from all of Beit Hanoun's neighborhoods to the town's main pumping station, and replacing the main sanitation line on Damra Street, 400 meters long and 12 inches in diameter.
