Job Announcement (Water Lines Operator)
Position: Water Lines Operator (3 positions).
Workplace: Treatment Plant East of Al-Bureij.
Working hours: Shift-based work around the clock.
Main Job Duties:
- Operating the water line from the inlet works to the final outlet channel to the wadi and its equipment, according to the operation and maintenance manuals.
- Reading meters and understanding their meaning.
- Identifying operational errors and making the necessary adjustments in coordination with the direct manager or operations engineer.
- Ensuring correct and continuous operation, carrying out periodic monitoring work, and recording data in logs, charts, and biological status records.
- Handling emergencies.
- Monitoring the disposal of screenings and grit and recording data in the logs.
- Maintaining operation records.
- Submitting reports as requested by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanics, with preference given to holders of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- No less than three years of experience in operating water lines.
- Ability to write and converse in English at an intermediate level.
- Ability to use MS Office programs at an intermediate level.
