During a visit by a high-level delegation from the Dutch Representative Office to the Palestinian Authority to the sewage water treatment plant site in Rafah governorate, headed by the Deputy Representative of the Netherlands to the Palestinian Authority Henny de Vries, along with Mr. Vainend Marshall and Mr. Mohammed Al-Mughayer.
