CMWU developed the water network in Deir al-Balah to connect shelter centers to the desalinated water transmission line from the desalination plant in the south of the Strip.
#Watch | CMWU crews, in cooperation with Deir al-Balah Municipality crews, carried out development works on the water network in Deir al-Balah city, including connecting the Set Amira shelter center and the Umm Zuheir, Al-Laham, and Al-Salqawi areas to the water transmission line extending from the Birka reservoir, allowing desalinated water from the seawater desalination plant in the south of the Gaza Strip to reach those areas, and contributing to strengthening the quality and quantities of water reaching citizens and displaced persons and easing their suffering.
