CMWU, in partnership with the Palestinian Environmental Friends Association, completed implementing the solar power project for the two wells of Ma'an reservoir in Khan Younis city, with a capacity of 150 kilowatts, to ensure the wells operate for a greater number of hours and increase their productivity to improve water services in Khan Younis city, in addition to development and maintenance works for the two wells, through Oxfam and with support from the Humanitarian Fund in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, at a total cost of $210,000, with the number of beneficiaries from the two water wells estimated at about 30,000 people.
