CMWU offers its condolences to its Board Chairman Dr. Majed Abu Ramadan on the passing of his brother, Eng. Mohammed Awni Abu Ramadan.
Condolences and Sympathy
The members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director, and all staff and employees of CMWU extend their heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to His Excellency Dr. Majed Awni Abu Ramadan, Palestinian Minister of Health and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMWU, on the passing of his late brother, by God's will, Eng. Mohammed Awni Mohammed Abu Ramadan, former Minister of Planning and Administrative Development, who passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Ramallah city, may God have mercy on him and grant him a place in His spacious paradise.
The late Eng. Abu Ramadan held several prominent positions, including: Chairman of the Palestinian Water Sector Regulatory Council, member of the Board of Directors of the Palestine Monetary Authority, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Palestinian Trade Center, member of the Amaar Group, member of the Board of the Mahmoud Abbas Foundation, and member of the Board of the Palestine Investment Fund.
We ask God Almighty to envelop the departed in His vast mercy, grant him a place in His spacious paradise, and grant you and his family beautiful patience and gracious solace.
