CMWU urgently maintained a 16-inch main line in Rafah (50,000 people) and a sewage transmission line in Khan Younis.
CMWU's crews carried out emergency maintenance on a 16-inch-diameter main water line in Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip, as this line feeds the eastern areas of Rafah city in addition to the city center and serves about 50,000 people.
CMWU, in cooperation with Khan Younis Municipality, also carried out emergency maintenance on the sewage transmission line to the Central Treatment Plant east of Khan Younis governorate.
