Maintenance of Al-Kawthar reservoir in Al-Maghraqa and the seawater desalination plant south of Gaza, and extending water networks in Al-Nasr and Al-Shawka towns in Rafah.
CMWU's technical crews carried out several maintenance works, including Al-Kawthar reservoir in Al-Maghraqa, central Gaza Strip, and the seawater desalination plant south of the Gaza Strip, in addition to the transmission line from it to Rafah city. CMWU's crews also extended water networks 120 meters long and 6 inches in diameter in Al-Nasr town, and 200m of various diameters in Al-Shawka town in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, in cooperation with Al-Shawka and Al-Nasr municipalities.
