CMWU, in partnership with the Red Cross, maintained a main sanitation line on Omar Bin Al-Khattab Street in Nuseirat serving about 50,000 people.

CMWU, in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and in cooperation with the Al-Nuseirat Municipality, carried out maintenance work on a main sewage line on Omar Bin Al-Khattab Street in Al-Nuseirat, in central Gaza Strip, near Wadi Gaza, serving approximately 50,000 residents of the New Camp, Al-Hasayneh, and western Al-Nuseirat areas.

The work also included the maintenance of two water lines serving around 18,000 residents in the 20th Street area and Camp 2. It is noted that these lines sustained severe damage due to Israeli airstrikes, necessitating the intervention of technical teams to repair them and ensure the continuity of services for residents.
