CMWU carried out maintenance on a number of heavy machinery affiliated with the various municipalities of the Gaza Strip, aiming to enable CMWU and the municipalities to improve the water and sanitation services provided to residents by raising the machinery's efficiency and strengthening readiness, with this coming as part of the "Water and Sanitation Machinery Maintenance" project funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
It is worth noting that this project comes in the context of a series of projects overseen by CMWU, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, targeting the maintenance of water and sanitation machinery, and providing everything that works to improve water and sanitation services, which leads to the continued supply of services to residents, particularly during the winter season and various emergencies.
