Monther Shoblaq, who briefed them on the details of how water and sanitation facilities are affected as a result of the worsening electricity crisis and fuel shortage, with the tour including a field visit to the temporary sewage treatment plant in Wadi Gaza area, as well as the seawater desalination plant in the southern area.
