CMWU Continues Distributing Drinking Water in Gaza City
CMWU, in cooperation with Gaza Municipality and with support from international institutions, continues its efforts to distribute drinking water to citizens and displaced persons still present inside Gaza City.
Despite the difficult conditions and serious security challenges facing the city, the water distribution process has not stopped to this moment, with water delivered via tankers to various areas to ensure the provision of a minimum level of residents' basic needs, in quantities ranging between 250 and 280 cubic meters daily.
The Utility affirmed that it will continue working with its partners to secure the arrival of fresh water to citizens and displaced persons, out of concern to ease their suffering and ensure the continuity of humanitarian service under these exceptional conditions.
