CMWU, as part of the water and sanitation vehicles maintenance project funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, completed the maintenance operations for vehicles affiliated with the Gaza Strip's municipalities, with this project aiming, first and foremost, to contribute to strengthening the capacity of CMWU and the municipalities to provide their services to residents, particularly amid the difficult circumstances and weak capabilities faced by water service providers in the Gaza Strip.
This project comes in the context of a series of previous projects that CMWU supervised the implementation of, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, targeting the maintenance of water and sanitation vehicles and providing everything that improves water and sanitation services, which leads to the continuity of providing services to residents, particularly in emergency situations.
