CMWU Continues Distributing Drinking Water in Gaza City with Support from the International Committee of the Red Cross
CMWU, with support and funding from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), continues implementing a project to distribute drinking water to citizens and displaced persons still present inside Gaza City.
The project continues to operate to this moment, distributing about 150 cubic meters of drinking water daily to various areas of the city via water tankers, ensuring fresh water reaches residents and displaced persons despite the difficult and dangerous security conditions the city is experiencing.
The Utility affirmed that, in cooperation with its partners, it will continue its efforts to secure the arrival of drinking water to citizens and displaced persons, in recognition of their resilience and to ease their suffering amid the difficult humanitarian conditions facing the Gaza Strip.
