CMWU Carries Out Emergency Maintenance on the Water Transmission Line from "Al-Turki" Reservoir to Al-Zohour Reservoir in Rafah

CMWU carried out emergency maintenance on the water transmission line from Al-Turki water reservoir to Al-Zohour reservoir in Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip, aiming to raise its efficiency to ensure water reaches residents' homes in the areas fed with water by Al-Zohour reservoir, as this reservoir serves all areas of northeast Rafah city and is considered one of the important water sources.

It is worth noting that CMWU had, during the past few days, as part of the state of emergency declared in the Gaza Strip as a result of the community spread of the coronavirus, carried out numerous maintenance works affecting a number of water and sanitation facilities in various areas of the Gaza Strip, in order to ensure the continued supply of services to residents.
