CMWU Carries Out Maintenance on "Tal Al-Za'tar" Sewage Pumping Station in Jabalia City

CMWU, in cooperation with Jabalia Municipality and in partnership with the Developmental Action Ma'an Center, and funded by the Office of the UN Special Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), carried out maintenance on "Tal Al-Za'tar" sewage pumping station in Jabalia city, north of the Gaza Strip, with the maintenance process including replacing one of the station's pumps, aiming to raise its efficiency and equip it to operate as required, particularly during the winter season, to accommodate the large quantities of sewage water arriving to it during winter, which leads to safely pumping sewage water to the treatment plant, preventing the formation of health hazards.
