CMWU carried out maintenance on the pumps of "Al-Kawthar" water reservoir in Al-Maghraqa town, central Gaza Strip, aiming to boost the quantities of water pumped to residents' homes, as this reservoir is considered one of the most important water sources in Al-Maghraqa town and serves a large number of residents.
This intervention comes as part of the works of the water and sanitation facilities maintenance project funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, with this project aiming to develop and rehabilitate water and sanitation facilities in all areas of the Gaza Strip, in order to ensure the continued provision of services to residents, particularly in emergency situations.
