Continued Efforts to Repair the Main Rainwater Drainage System in Al-Maghazi

As part of efforts to improve infrastructure in Al-Maghazi camp, CMWU, in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross and Al-Maghazi Municipality, and in field coordination with the Water Authority, continues repair works on the main rainwater drainage system in Al-Maghazi camp.

The project includes repairing concrete rainwater drainage channels, and due to the shortage of construction materials, prefabricated pipes will be used as a temporary alternative. This project is one of the most important efforts to improve the effectiveness of the rainwater drainage system, as the repairs target vital sites that form the backbone of water drainage in Al-Maghazi.

Through this cooperation, the relevant parties seek to reduce the risks of rainwater accumulation and avoid the resulting damage, contributing to improving the living conditions of the camp's residents.
