Monther Shoblaq, his Deputy for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Mamdouh Al-Ghazali, Water Sector Regulation Advisor Mr. Ramez Al-Madhoun, and a number of department directors and section heads at CMWU at the main headquarters and the Rafah regional headquarters.

Water and sanitation service indicator data is also collected and analyzed at all municipalities and reviewed every year, to obtain financial, technical, and operational indicators, and other indicators related to water and sanitation, to present them again to the municipalities before approving them in the national report.
