CMWU's Services Amid the Coronavirus Pandemic:

  1. Securing basic infrastructure of water lines and sanitation networks for some hospitals and quarantine centers urgently since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
  2. Supplying all wells and water facilities in the Gaza Strip with chlorine and disinfection materials to protect water from contamination during pumping in the networks and until it reaches residents.
  3. Supplying workers at water and sanitation facilities with personal protective equipment and increasing preventive measures to strengthen the level of hygiene and public health.
  4. Improving water quality by increasing the productivity of desalination plants.
  5. Rehabilitating and operating numerous water wells and increasing their productivity.
  6. Permanent and immediate repair and maintenance of all damage in water and sanitation networks and facilities.
  7. Supplying various water and sanitation facilities with quantities of fuel needed to operate them and installing solar power systems to ensure the continuation of their operation with the required efficiency.
