Amid the severe humanitarian and living conditions in the Gaza Strip, particularly the drinking water shortage crisis, CMWU has received a new batch of water tanker trucks, funded by the United Arab Emirates through the “Gallant Knight 3” humanitarian relief operation, with generous contributions from Dar Al Ber Society and Fujairah Charity Association.
This new batch of water tanker trucks comes as part of humanitarian efforts aimed at supporting the water sector and alleviating the water crisis facing residents of the Gaza Strip. It aims to enhance CMWU’s capacity to transport and distribute water and support its efforts to provide the minimum possible water services to residents, particularly in the most vulnerable areas, including displacement camps, shelters, and various residential communities.
CMWU highly appreciates this generous and ongoing support for water services, funded by the United Arab Emirates through the “Gallant Knight 3” humanitarian relief operation. This support contributes to strengthening the humanitarian response and sustaining water services amid the exceptionally harsh conditions facing the Gaza Strip.
