Continuing to drill three water wells in various neighborhoods of Rafah, funded by Kuwaiti benefactors in partnership with two charitable associations, to improve water supplies.

Work continues on the project to drill three water wells in various areas of Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip, with drilling of those wells having begun during the past few weeks in the Saudi Neighborhood 3, the western Rafah area, and Al-Shabora area, funded by "benefactors from the State of Kuwait" in partnership with the Palestinian Kuwaiti Association for Social Welfare and the Al-Rahma Association for Development and Reconstruction.

It is worth noting that these wells will significantly improve the water services provided to residents in terms of quantity and quality in the aforementioned areas and other areas that these wells will feed with water, as it is expected that the capacity of each of these new wells will be 45 m³ per hour, which will ease the water crisis in Rafah city.
