
CMWU, funded by UNICEF, launched a project to repair the sanitation network in Al-Nasr, Sheikh Radwan, and Al-Wuhaidi camp neighborhoods in Gaza.
Funded by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and implemented by CMWU, in coordination with Gaza Municipality, works began on a project to repair the sanitation network in Gaza City, which includes maintaining and cleaning a number of manholes in the Al-Nasr and Sheikh Radwan areas, constructing a new sanitation network in Al-Wuhaidi camp to address an existing health hazard, in addition to partial maintenance of a main line on Al-Yarmouk Street. The project aims to strengthen infrastructure and improve the environmental and health conditions of residents amid the worsening humanitarian challenges.
