A glimpse of the works of the project to construct a rainwater transmission line, from in front of Beit Hanoun Hospital reaching the Beit Hanoun Valley watercourse, 1km long, with the project's value amounting to $295,000, funded by Anera, and in cooperation with Beit Hanoun Municipality.
It is worth noting that this project aims to prevent flooding in the area and protect residents, their property, and the facilities of Beit Hanoun town from the risks of rainwater flooding during the winter season, particularly Beit Hanoun Hospital and the residents of the low-lying areas on Al-Ba'li Street and Al-Ajouz Street.
This project comes as part of a package of projects implemented by CMWU to reduce the risks of rainwater flooding and as part of strengthening readiness for the coming rainy season.
