Beginning the Rehabilitation and Maintenance of the Main Sanitation Line on Baghdad Street in Al-Shuja'iyya Neighborhood in Gaza City

CMWU, in partnership with Oxfam, began rehabilitating and maintaining the main sanitation line on Baghdad Street in Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood in Gaza city, in cooperation with Gaza Municipality, as this line sustained severe damage during the recent Israeli war on the Gaza Strip. This main line serves residents in the areas east of Al-Shuja'iyya, numbering about 25,000 people.
This comes as part of the project to repair and maintain water and sanitation networks in various areas of Gaza city and Beit Lahia, funded by the Dutch Relief Alliance.
It is worth noting that this project comes as part of Oxfam's emergency response plan for water and sanitation services for affected communities in the Gaza Strip.
