Beginning Rehabilitation Works for "Al-Sabra 4" Water Well in Gaza City

As part of the "Water Wells Maintenance and Rehabilitation" project funded by the Office of the UN Special Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) through Oxfam, in partnership with the Palestinian Environmental Friends (PEF) Association, CMWU, in cooperation with Gaza Municipality, began implementing development and rehabilitation works for Al-Sabra 4 water well in Gaza city.
The rehabilitation process includes carrying out maintenance on the well's pumping system, constructing a new chamber for the well, and replacing its damaged parts, aiming to raise its efficiency and ensure it does not stop working, which leads to improving water services in the neighborhoods fed with water by that well.
