CMWU has completed implementing the works of the old sewage network replacement project in the Al-Manshiya area in Beit Lahia city, north of the Gaza Strip, in partnership with Action Against Hunger and funded by the European Union - Humanitarian Aid (ECHO) - and in cooperation with Beit Lahia Municipality.

The project included replacing the old network with another new one, 850 meters long, in order to end residents' suffering due to sewage water overflow and the resulting spread of health and environmental hazards, resulting from the damage to the old sewage network.
