CMWU, in cooperation with Jabalia Municipality and in partnership with and funded by Action Against Hunger (ACF), completed the project to rehabilitate water and sanitation networks in the streets and areas that were subjected to Israeli bombardment during the recent Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, in the Abu Al-Khair and Bir Al-Na'ja areas in Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip.
This project's works included installing a 10-inch-diameter, 480-meter-long sanitation line in the Abu Al-Khair area, and maintaining a 500-meter rainwater line in the Bir Al-Na'ja area, in addition to maintaining the damaged water and sanitation networks in both areas and repaving the damaged streets.
