Supplying sub-emergency warehouses with equipment and spare parts to replace what was used during the recent war, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
CMWU, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, began supplying the sub-emergency warehouses in various areas with equipment and spare parts, to replace those used during the recent war on the Gaza Strip, aiming to re-equip them for future emergencies, as these warehouses had a positive and effective impact in easing the effects of destruction and preventing the collapse of water and sanitation services provided to residents, by using those materials in the emergency maintenance process for water and sanitation networks and various facilities damaged by Israeli bombardment.
There are 13 emergency warehouses spread across all governorates of the Gaza Strip, constructed as part of the emergency readiness plan prepared and developed by CMWU, the Water Authority, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the municipalities of the Gaza Strip.
