CMWU operated two private-sector-leased wells to supply displaced persons in west Khan Younis with water.
As part of the ongoing activities CMWU is carrying out to ease the water supply crisis in the population displacement areas west of Khan Younis, two water wells with quality meeting Palestinian drinking water standards have been operated, with these wells leased from the private sector, and numerous water filling points established at them for residents in the open displacement areas.
