Monther Issa Shoblaq on the occasion of his victory in the elections of the Palestinian Water Service Providers Union and his appointment as Chairman of the Union's Board of Directors for the new 2018-2020 term, wishing him continued progress and eminence, and that God preserve him as an asset to the homeland.
