CMWU urgently maintained a main sanitation line in Nuseirat to prevent sewage overflow near the power plant.
CMWU, in cooperation with Nuseirat Municipality, carried out emergency maintenance on one of the main sanitation lines in Nuseirat, central Gaza Strip, as this line transports sewage water coming from several neighborhoods in Nuseirat to the central "Al-Wakala" pumping station next to the power generation plant.
It is worth noting that the continued malfunction of this line would have led — God forbid — to the occurrence of health hazards harmful to the environment and residents, particularly with the onset of the winter season and the possibility of the Gaza Strip being exposed to more rain waves.
