Emergency maintenance of a water line in Tal Al-Sultan in Rafah damaged by Israeli bombardment to feed residents of the Saudi neighborhood.
CMWU's crews carried out emergency maintenance on one of the water lines in Tal Al-Sultan in Rafah city, south of the Strip, which was damaged as a result of Israeli bombardment of the city, as this line feeds residents in the Saudi neighborhood.
It is worth noting that water and sanitation facilities in the Gaza Strip have sustained severe damage as a result of the continuing Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip, and they need great efforts to be restored as they were, as CMWU is currently working, in cooperation with the Strip's municipalities, the Water Authority, and some international organizations working in the water sector, to repair some of the damage according to the available capabilities, to ensure the continued supply of services to residents at the minimum level, particularly amid the current conditions until the aggression ends.
