Gaza – CMWU

CMWU, in cooperation with Beit Hanoun Municipality, rehabilitated and developed the water distribution system at Abu Ghazaleh water well in Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip, installing a manifold and distribution and control valves to ensure optimal water distribution in the areas benefiting from the well, particularly during emergencies and crises. This well serves about 7,000 people.

This comes as part of the project to maintain and rehabilitate water sources and wells in various areas of the Gaza Strip, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
