CMWU Receives Twenty Water Tankers Funded by the United Arab Emirates
CMWU received twenty water tankers of varying capacities, from Operation Al-Fares Al-Shahm 3, in cooperation with the Community Support Committee, and funded by the United Arab Emirates.
This includes eleven tankers with a capacity of five cubic meters each, and nine tankers with a capacity of ten cubic meters, to be used to supply residents and displaced persons with water across the various areas of the Gaza Strip.
This support comes at a time when the Strip is experiencing an urgent and growing need for drinking water, as a result of the difficult humanitarian conditions residents are experiencing due to the war and the damage sustained by water networks and infrastructure.
CMWU valued the generous support from the United Arab Emirates, and the efforts of Operation Al-Fares Al-Shahm 3 and the Community Support Committee, affirming that this support contributes to strengthening citizens' resilience and easing their suffering amid current conditions.
