CMWU Assists the Electricity Distribution Company in Cleaning High-Voltage Transformers in the Central Governorate

CMWU assisted the Electricity Distribution Company's crews in cleaning the high-voltage transformers and lines spread across all areas of the Central Governorate, with the cleaning process carried out by washing the transformers using the desalinated water tankers affiliated with the desalination plant in the Central Governorate.
The cleaning process aims to remove the dust and dirt that accumulate on those lines and transformers, in addition to protecting them from oxidation and technical malfunctions.
CMWU's intervention comes as part of the joint cooperation between it and numerous institutions aiming to provide services to residents amid the difficult circumstances the Gaza Strip is going through.
