CMWU succeeded in bringing in the anti-scalant material, which will enable it to restart the seawater desalination plant north of the Gaza Strip after it stopped since last Sunday as a result of the Israeli side preventing the entry of the antiscalant material used in the seawater desalination process, which led to the desalination plant's water not reaching the residents of the targeted areas and neighborhoods of Gaza city, numbering about 200,000 people. CMWU succeeded today in bringing in this material through Kerem Shalom crossing, which will lead to the plant restarting within the next few hours and the service returning to residents in the targeted areas.
