The Red Cross-funded water and sanitation machinery maintenance project strengthens the readiness of technical crews to handle emergencies.
Amid the continuing Israeli restrictions imposed on the entry of materials, equipment, and spare parts, particularly heavy water and sanitation machinery, the project to maintain and rehabilitate water and sanitation machinery, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross, contributed to strengthening the level of readiness of the technical crews affiliated with CMWU and the municipalities of the Gaza Strip to deal with any emergency, particularly during the winter season and amid the continuing coronavirus pandemic.
