Gaza - CMWU
CMWU, in cooperation with Beit Lahia Municipality and funded by the European Union through Action Against Hunger, continues work on the project to construct a rainwater drainage line from the "Sheikh Zayed" rainwater collection basin to the Al-Mashrou' collection basin.
This project aims to strengthen the rainwater drainage system in the area and protect residents and their properties from the risks of rainwater flooding during rainy weather depressions in the winter season, with this project serving about 15,000 residents.
This project comes within a package of projects being implemented by CMWU to reduce the risks of rainwater flooding and as part of strengthening readiness to receive the winter season.
