CMWU's Director-General Reviews the Progress of Work at the Utility's Regional Headquarters in Rafah

CMWU's Director-General Eng. Monther Shoblaq, accompanied by Mr. Mamdouh Al-Ghazali, Deputy Director-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, visited the Utility's regional headquarters in Rafah city, south of Gaza city, during which he reviewed the progress of work there, and was received by Eng. Mohammed Al-Abwaini, Director of the regional headquarters, and the department directors, heads of departments, and staff at the headquarters.

During his visit, Eng. Shoblaq listened to a comprehensive explanation of the progress of work and the extent of the headquarters' readiness to serve residents and work to provide the best service to the public, with the directors and heads of departments also briefing him on numerous qualitative initiatives they have carried out that have come into effect and begun to bear fruit in terms of employees' professional performance, upgrading the level of service, and providing the best service to the public.

At the end of the visit, Eng. Shoblaq praised the spirit of belonging, dedication, and initiative shown by the staff at the Rafah regional headquarters, affirming that they are a model to be emulated and that it should be generalized.
